Returns

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. 

It can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. If it's been longer than this, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as gift givings holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.

A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form.

Repeated returns

At & Other Stories, we offer a flexible returns policy to ensure you receive an unrivalled shopping experience. However, if we notice that you have an unusually high returns rate on your account or are purchasing to resell, we may deactivate your account at our discretion. If you feel your access or order has been incorrectly restricted, please get in touch with our Customer Care team, who will help to resolve the issue with you.

Online Returns

How to return
Cost €4, that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
  1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
  2. Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel and drop off at your nearest Post Office or Post AT Parcel shop of your choice.
  3. Post AT will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel's progress.Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

Note: If you are returning an item purchased on a site other than Stories.com, please contact that Customer Care team directly. We cannot accept returns from these friend sites online or in our stores.

Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

  4. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, when dropping off the package at the Bpost parcel shop of your choice.
  5. You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received an email within 14 days after sending your return back to us, please contact us for further assistance. 

Budbee
If your order was delivered via Budbee, you can also book a pick-up of your return. You will receive an SMS from Budbee with instructions after you have received your goods. The courier will bring a return label.

Budbee box
Attach the self-adhesive address label to your shipment and book a return via the link in the SMS previously sent to you.

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, when dropping off the package at the PostNord or Bring parcel shop of your choice.

Budbee
If your order was delivered via Budbee, you can also book a pick-up of your return. You will receive an SMS from Budbee with instructions after you have received your goods. The courier will bring a return label.

Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and postcode, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. You will receive an email including two free labelling options. If you arrange a home collection you do not need to print a label:
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.

Evri drop-off
Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

For purchases made in one of our stores, bring your original receipt with you to the store. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Please note that not all items purchased in our stores can be returned. These are: underwear and swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, face masks, earrings and gift cards.

Return restrictions – dangerous goods

Although fashion is meant to be available for everyone, some of our cosmetics classified as dangerous goods can’t be delivered to all locations due to transportation restrictions. E.g. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use.

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and has special transportation requirements.

How to return dangerous goods:
If you wish to return items containing flammable substances, you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements. Please follow these steps:

1.   The product must be packed in a box with the LQ Dangerous goods label attached. If you use the original box, then the label is already attached. If you use a different box or the label is damaged, you need to print a new one

2.   Fill the box with paper or filler so that the product sits securely.

3.   Follow the normal return procedure on your delivery note.

Please note, if you are making a return WITHOUT any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the box.
