Klarna

Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. You will be charged for your first of four payments when your order is shipped, and your credit and debit card will be automatically charged every two weeks. We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. For further information about Paypal or to create a Paypal account please visit paypal.com

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

The currency used is US dollar ($) for orders shipped to the United States. All prices and product information on the & Other Stories online shop are subject to change and may vary from stores.

Sales tax

& Other Stories charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. Secure payment

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
