Delivery restrictions

Una volta spedito il tuo acquisto, riceverai via email un link per seguirne il viaggio! Puoi tracciare la tua spedizione anche tramite il tuo profilo & Other Stories e non solo! Sarai anche in grado di accedere alla cronologia completa dei tuoi acquisti.
Una volta affidato il tuo ordine al corriere Italiano, vedrai un primo aggiornamento sul tracking.
Per avere maggiori dettagli sulla consegna, ti consigliamo di copiare ed incollare sul sito di Poste Italiane il numero di tracciabilità che trovi tramite il link nell'e-mail di conferma di spedizione.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a link to track your parcel. If you have a COS Account, you can also find the tracking link and the status of your orders placed in 'My Account'.
You will receive the first tracking update around 24 hours after the shipment, once your parcel has been assigned to your local carrier.
For detailed tracking, track your parcel via the carrier website by copying and pasting the tracking number via the link in the shipping confirmation email on the carrier website.

¿Dónde está mi paquete?
Una vez enviado tu pedido, recibirás una confirmación por correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento. Where is my parcel?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Visit the DPD Tracking website and enter this number to track the latest updates for your shipment. Once your order arrives in Spain, you can find out more details by entering your tracking number in the SEUR Tracking website.
Please note that it is normal for these two websites to show different updates. If you see a warning sign or no tracking updates, please contact us.
